Customized garments with any modifications and special sizing are not refundable.
Exchanges and refunds can be issued on all original priced items with the condition that they are unworn, unwashed, or unaltered with all original tags.
All merchandise should be returned within 10 days after delivery for exchanges.
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, however, D I A L L O is not responsible for these charges if they are incurred.
Delivery costs of exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty.
